What data is collected

Only what you give me yourself:

• Contact form: your name, phone number, email address and the message you write.
• Direct contact: whatever you include in an email or tell me by phone.

This site runs no analytics, does not profile visitors and collects nothing in the background.

Please note: keep the contact form general. It is not the place for detailed information about your health, diagnoses or treatment. That belongs in a consultation, where professional confidentiality applies.

Legal basis and purpose

Form data is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box when you send the message, solely in order to reply and, if relevant, arrange a first consultation. Where a message contains health information, it is processed on the basis of explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number I cannot reply.

How long data is kept

Contact form messages are kept for 3 months and then deleted, unless we begin working together. Records relating to ongoing psychotherapy are governed by separate legislation and by professional confidentiality; I explain this at the first session.

Who else sees your data

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. These services process it on my behalf:

• Twilio SendGrid — delivers form messages to my mailbox.
• Google (Gmail) — the mailbox those messages arrive in.
• Cloudflare — protects and speeds up the site, including Turnstile, which checks that a human rather than a bot is filling in the form.
• The hosting provider — the server the site runs on.

Some of these are based outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

Cookies and third-party services

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Three external elements are present:

• Cloudflare Turnstile (on the contact page) — may set a technical cookie needed to verify that a person is completing the form.
• Google Fonts — typefaces loaded from Google's servers; Google receives the visitor's IP address when they load.
• Google Maps — loads only when you press "Show the map". Until then, Google receives nothing.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. I am the only person with access to the messages sent through the form. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
